This Agreement constitutes a binding legal relationship between you (the “User”) and BubeeCon (the “Operator”) for your use of the Bubee mobile application (the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or accessing the Service, you confirm full understanding and acceptance of all terms below. If you disagree with any provision, you must stop using Bubee immediately.
· Age Requirement: Only Users aged 17 or above are permitted to use Bubee. Minors under 17 are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing the Service.
· Account Setup: To use advanced features, you must create an account with truthful, up-to-date, and complete information (e.g., valid email, secure password).
· Security Responsibility: You are fully accountable for protecting your account credentials. Any activity linked to your account (including unauthorized use) is your liability. Contact BubeeCon at lql01101999@163.com right away if you suspect account breach.
When using Bubee, you must comply with these rules:
· Follow all local, national, and international laws, regulations, and ethical standards;
· Do not engage in fraud, harassment, defamation, or behavior that harms others (e.g., sharing violent/illegal content);
· Refrain from uploading or spreading viruses, malware, or code that damages the Service or other Users’ devices;
· Avoid actions that disrupt Service operation (e.g., server overload, feature manipulation) or other Users’ experience;
· Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorized in writing by BubeeCon.
· Operator Liability Limit: Bubee is provided “as is” and “as available.” BubeeCon makes no guarantees (express or implied) regarding the Service’s reliability, accuracy, or continuous availability. BubeeCon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, lost profits) from your use of the Service.
· User Indemnification Obligation: You agree to protect BubeeCon, its employees, partners, and service providers from all claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) caused by:
· Your violation of this Agreement;
· Improper use of the Service;
· Infringement of third-party rights (e.g., copyright, privacy).
· BubeeCon places high priority on your data privacy. All collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information (e.g., usage logs, account details) is governed by Bubee’s official Privacy Policy.
· Using the Service means you consent to the data processing rules in the Privacy Policy. We suggest reviewing the Privacy Policy regularly for updates.
· All content in Bubee (including software code, designs, trademarks, logos, and UI elements) is the exclusive intellectual property of BubeeCon or its licensed partners, protected by global copyright and trademark laws.
· You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal purposes only. No copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering of the Service is allowed without written permission from BubeeCon.
· Bubee may include links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., social media, cloud storage). These services are independent of BubeeCon’s control.
· BubeeCon is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Interacting with these services via Bubee is at your own risk—review their terms of use before engaging.
· BubeeCon reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion. Common reasons include violating this Agreement, illegal activity, or long-term inactivity.
· Upon termination, your account will be disabled, and your right to use the Service ends immediately. No prior notice is required for severe violations.
· BubeeCon may revise this Agreement to adapt to legal changes, technological updates, or service adjustments.
· For significant changes, BubeeCon will notify you via in-app alerts, email, or a prominent notice on the Service. Continuing to use Bubee after updates means you accept the revised terms.
· This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BubeeCon is legally registered.
· Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
